Junkers W34 Photos

It is not known who took the picture of CF-ATF at Eskimo Point, N.W.T., in the Barren Lands in the late 1930's. The pilot,  wearing the dark parka and pants, was Wally Carrlon, the author's uncle. Wally flew for Western Canada Airways until his death in 1947. Wally's mechanic is standing on the wing, perhaps removing the engine cover. Note the Eskimo baby in the box on the sled.
The photo of CF-AQV was taken about the same time, probably in Northern Manitoba somewhere.
The remaining photos were taken by the author of this web page.
